The Proposer and Named Drivers:

• Are permanent residents in the Republic of Ireland.
• Have not been refused or declined insurance (or renewal of a policy) by any insurer
• Have had no special terms and conditions imposed by any insurer
• Have never had a policy of motor insurance cancelled (or voided) by any insurer
• The proposer is the registered owner of the vehicle to be insured and the vehicle is registered in Ireland
• Have no non-motoring (or pending) non-motoring convictions within the last 10 years*
• Have not been disqualified from driving and have not been involved in any accident/loss and have not had any claims against them in the past 5 years
• Have no medical conditions that preclude you (them) from driving a motorised vehicle

The Car:

• Is not imported, left hand drive, adapted or modified in any way

The Proposer:

• Will be contacted by us via email or telephone with their quote details during the quote process
• May be contacted by us via email or telephone after the quote process and may unsubscribe at any stage by replying to the received email indicating so
• Consents to us using their contact details for marketing purposes

EXCESS

• I understand that this Policy comes with an all sections excess of €3000.

Excess means the amount You must pay towards any claim including costs. You are responsible for the excess even if the incident is not Your fault. The Excess applies to all Sections of this insurance. The Excess is comprised of the figure shown on Your Schedule plus the amount of any sum of money owed by You to the Underwriters in respect of any other claim.

*A conviction which qualifies as a spent conviction under the terms of the Children Act 2001 or Criminal Justice (Spent Convictions and Certain Disclosures) Act 2016 can be ignored
