The Proposer and all Drivers:

• Have not been refused insurance, or renewal of insurance or had special terms or conditions imposed by an insurer
• Have not been disqualified from driving
• Have not been involved in any accident/loss and have not had any claims made against you in the last 5 years
• Have no convictions for any motor offence and/or no pending prosecutions
• Have no disability or medical condition that impairs your ability to drive
• Are not involved or employed, either full time or part time, in any occupation that the broker believes may prevent an insurer from offering standard terms

The Vehicle:

• Is not imported, left hand drive, adapted or modified in any way and there is no rear seating except in the case of purpose built crew cab vehicles
• The vehicle will not be used for carriage of toxic, corrosive, explosive or flammable goods
• The vehicle will not be used for hire or reward or for the carriage of other peoples goods
• The vehicle will not be used in airports
• The person or company that is insuring the vehicle is the registered owner of the vehicle and the vehicle is registered in Ireland
• That you, the proposer, are the main user of the vehicle
• That the vehicle’s overnight location is at the address noted on the policy
• The vehicle holds a valid DOE/CVRT Certificate

The Proposer:

• Will be contacted by via email with their quote details during the quotation process
• May be contacted by us via email/phone after the quotation process and may unsubscribe at any stage by replying to the received email indication so
